Functional Review Assessment: Need updated data on a client? Expect the capabilities have changed since a previous assessment? The Functional Review Assessment documents any changes to the client's capabilities relating to lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling various weights. It also measures any changes in endurance for non-weighted activities including bending, squatting, crawling and kneeling.

Description: After work conditioning, return to work at a modified level, or any other intervention, the employee is given the Functional Review Assessment to compare and update previous results. This two-hour evaluation documents any changes to the client’s capabilities.
