The KEY Call Center and Service Department is the support base for the Assessment Specialist. It puts the assessor directly in touch with knowledgeable KEY staff on software, programming and technical needs.This allows clinic personnel to do what they do best-administer to patients. Many competitors only refer customers to their website for answers. KEY Functional Assessments, on the other hand, not only assists with all questions, but networks assessors with other successful KEY Providers who may also be of assistance.
